Refund Policy

At P2Ply, we are committed to ensuring fairness, security and compliance in every transaction.

As part of our responsability as a registered business and future PSAN applicant, we have established the following refund policy for transactions involving fiat and crypto assets

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:


  • The user has initiated a fiat payment but the crypto has not yet been delivered.

  • A technical issue or regulatory contraint prevents us from completing the transaction.

  • The user refuses to complete the KYC verification process after initiating a transaction.


We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these criteria.

Refund fees

Refunds are subject to the following administrative fees:


  • 3% refund fee, with a minimum charge of 20 EUR (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).

  • These fees cover banking costs, operational expenses and anti-fraud checks.

Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days once approved by our compliance team. Delays may occur in case of regulatory review or missing information

KYC Refusal and Refunds

If a client refuses to complete the KYC process after payment, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In such cases, this refund policy applies in full.

Important notes

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on transaction status, regulatory conditions, and fraud screening results.

  • Refunds for completed crypto deliveries are not possible under any circumstances.
